Worship, Creative & Performing Arts Lay Pastor
Wesley Castle Hill Uniting Church is seeking a Worship, Creative & Performing Arts Lay Pastor with the main role of establishing a Community Creative Arts Hub. This position involves spearheading creative and performing arts activities and programs to foster community engagement and elevate worship experiences, within the ethos of the Uniting Church.

About the Role
Your role will be to develop a Community Creative Arts Hub at Wesley Castle Hill Uniting Church. You will forge relationships, lead and facilitate groups of creatives (musicians, actors, dancers, digital creatives, copywriters and artists). The intention out of this, is to enhance current worship and to lead collaboratively in developing a creative worshipping Christian community within the ethos of the Uniting Church.
This is a full-time role working on-site and community-based.
Remuneration will be according to qualifications and experience.
We offer flexible working arrangements.
About You
To thrive in this role, you will need appropriate qualifications and experience including leading and engaging with community groups and diverse groups of adults and children. You will have a passion for the arts within a Christian context with proven experience in and leading teams. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident in using digital equipment such as cameras, audio equipment etc.
